'Fallout 4' DLC update: Bethesda tease 'Survival Mode' beta test for the PC soon; Sony cancels season pass orders due to price glitch!

The latest details for "Fallout 4" will feature the beta test for "Survival Mode" for the PC and Sony cancels season pass orders in the game.

The official Twitter page for Bethesda Softworks tweeted that the new "Survival Mode" for "Fallout 4" will have a beta test for the PC soon via Steam. "Survival Mode" is one of the new game features that was never added to "Fallout 4" during its initial launch as Bethesda stated that the DLCs in the game will based on the different game concepts that were never used in the game's development.

Game director Todd Howard stated that Survival Mode will feature hunger, sleep and disease within "Fallout 4" as he told he told Game Informer that they did production in the middle of the game development and when they finished the pre-production build, they are asked to try out the game which in turn gains more data for several new features for "Fallout 4", mining ideas for future DLC plans.

Bethesda promised gaming fans that the Survival Mode will be based on its updates and DLC around fan input as many wanted it to be similar to "Fallout: New Vegas".

So far, Bethesda did not reveal any information if beta test for Survival Mode could be implemented on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles.

In other news, several gaming fans are having problems regarding "Fallout 4" season pass in the PS4 as Sony has revoked their purchase on the season pass.

A price glitch has been found on the PlayStation Store which allowed gamers to purchase "Fallout 4" season pass has been fixed. Players who have purchased the free season pass are unable to use it as Sony has applied an expiry date for it, Gamerant reported.

It was due to the free season pas purchase that players are able to gain the first DLC, "Automatron" for "Fallout 4", but Sony was quick to act as they rendered those downloads useless and removed the access of the content from their download history.

The "Automatron" DLC will feature the players take on the Mechanist and his army of robots from making havoc in the Commonwealth. The DLC allows players to build, customize and upgrade their own robot to fight by their side in a Pokemon style battles. Parts from defeated robots will be useful for player's robots to fight stronger robot foes. The "Automatron" DLC is available this week at a price of $10.

Bethesda will be releasing two more expansions for "Fallout 4", "Wasteland Workshop" on April and "Far Harbor" soon.

"Fallout 4" is currently available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
