Sony showing "God of War" at E3 2017 is a safe bet for gamers, but what they would like to know is the release plans for the sequel, if ever they will announce it.

E3 2017 will run from June 13 to June 16 and Sony is one of the company’s appearing this year. "God of War," "Uncharted: The Lost Legacy," and new unannounced projects will be shown during its press conference, SegmentNext reported.

Employees for the job must have valued talent, self-motivation, and team spirit. In turn, the studio will provide an environment with a large degree of freedom and autonomy.

Previous reports stated that Vikings will not be featured in "God of War" due Balrog stated that the events of the game are set before the Viking age.

Although Vikings are not included in the plot, Balrog assured gaming fans that "God of War" will feature elements from Norse Mythology as Santa Monica Studio have been exploring the lore of Scandinavia prior to the Viking Age.

The development team’s mindset for the sequel's creation is rooted in “a prehistory point," where gods did walk the Earth, when monsters were real, before they became extinct.

The new "God of War" will launch sometime in 2017 or in 2018 for the PS4.
