Xiaomi Mi 6 has alleged appeared on GFXBench benchmarking site, which means its arrival is close at hand.

A smartphone with codename "Xiaomi Sagit" has been seen on GFXBench. Speculations are rife that the alleged phone could be the upcoming Xiaomi Mi 6 and the Chinese manufacturers could be testing phone before officially unveiling later this month, Gizmo China reported.

The GFXBench listing has revealed two models of the Xiaomi Sagit phone. Both the variants are equipped with 5.15-inch screen that produces a resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 pixels. The listing shows the presence of Adreno 540 graphics which means the phone is driven by Snapdragon 835 SoC. One variant of the phone has an octa-core processor working at 2.2 GHz whereas the other variant has an octa-core processor clocking at 2.4 GHz.

The first variant could be underclocked version that will be coming with 4 GB of RAM whereas the other CPU model has 6 GB of RAM. As far as native storage is concerned, the first variant has 64 GB of storage whereas the second model has 128 GB of storage. For photography, the phone features a 12-megapixel rear snapper and an 8-megapixel selfie snapper. Both the cameras are capable of supporting UHD 4K resolution.

It will be coming with Android 7.1.1 Nougat preinstalled that will be customized with MIUI.  There is no information available on the battery of the phone. The listing also supports NFC connectivity and it shows presence of single SIM, but it is heavily speculated to come with dual-SIM support at launch.

Xiaomi's upcoming flagship is expected to come in two sizes. The Mi 6 is expected to arrive with a 5.15-inch full HD screen and the larger Mi 6 Plus is rumored to arrive with a 5.7-inch full HD display. Rumors have it that the Mi 6 duo are slated to launch later this month. The Mi 6's starting cost is speculated to be higher than $300.
