Samsung Galaxy S8 flagship phone is expected to come with three security features such as facial recognition, iris scanning and fingerprint reader.

According to Korea Economic Daily report, Samsung Galaxy S8 is said to come with security features like facial recognition as well as iris scanner. Samsung official, in his statement said that since there are some limits on iris scanning in terms of speed and accuracy, the Galaxy S8 will feature a facial recognition that can unlock the phone in 0.01 seconds.

Another Samsung official said that the mobile business division have already started testing the samples. Samsung Galaxy S8 will be launched on March 29, the release is expected to be in between April.

Leaked shots of Galaxy S8 have revealed that the fingerprint sensor has been moved on its backside to accommodate a larger display in the front.To sum up, the S8 and S8+ will be featuring three biometric sensors for robust security. Samsung plans to sell 60 million units of its upcoming flagship phone, The Investor reported.

According to leakster Roland Quandt, the Galaxy S8 will be priced at 799 euros ($846), while the Galaxy S8+ is expected to cost 899 euros ($952). The same tipster further claims that the flagship phones will be available in Black, Silver, and a new Violet colour variant.

Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+ are said to feature a dual-edge curved screen. It is likely to sport a 5.8-inch Super AMOLED display with quad HD+ resolution of 2960 x 1440 pixels, while the Galaxy S8+ is expected to come with a 6.2 inch screen.

Both the flagship phones are pegged to come powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset. In some regions, it is rumored to come equipped the Exynos 8895 chipset. The SoC will be coupled with a 4 GB of RAM. It is said to have a native storage of a 64 GB and is also expected to include a microSD card.The devices are likely to feature a 12-megapixel rear camera and an 8-megapixel front shooter, NDTV reported.
