The Final Fantasy VII remake is one of the most anticipated games of all time and fans are looking forward to experiencing the adventures of Cloud Strife and his team again. The remake was announced back in June 2015 at the E3 event, and it was showcased as a completely new game with a new combat system and modern graphics, rather than just a simple upgrade.

The Final Fantasy VII remake has been listed on retailer EB Games online store with a pre-order price of $109.95. This was simply a placeholder, however, and the release date of the console was not stated. According to the listing, the Final Fantasy VII remake would be released sometime in 2017.

The EB Games listing also showed a Final Fantasy VII remake Xbox One version. When the remake was first announced, it was revealed that players would get it on the PlayStation 4. The game could also be more similar to Final Fantasy XV as a third-person action RPG. It is also said to be episodic.

Recently, Film Collections Box was revealed, featuring the "Brotherhood Final Fantasy XV" anime, "Kingsglaive Final Fantasy XV, several bonus discs and a booklet which were all not part of the Final Fantasy XV base game. The Film Collections Box comes in either the standard or limited edition.
