There are rumors that the basic version of the Microsoft Surface Phone 2017 will come with 4 GB of RAM while the premium model will feature 8 GB of RAM. It is also possible that the Surface Phone will sport an Intel Kaby Lake processor, USB port, liquid cooling technology, and a 5.5-inch Active-Matrix Organic Light-Emitting Diode display.

The specs of the Microsoft Surface Phone 2017 include a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset, 20 megapixels Carl Zeiss rear camera, proximity sensor, compass, fingerprint scanner, and a barometer. Meanwhile, Microsoft has cut the price of the Surface Book by $150 USD. From $2,699 USD, it now costs only $2,550 USD. This could be a sign that the company is about to release its successor.

The Microsoft Surface Book 2 may come with the newly launched 7^th gen Intel Kaby processors. There are speculations that the upcoming laptop will come with a 13.5-inch display with 3,840 x 2,160 pixels resolution which supports 4K videos. It could also support VR systems, but no specific details are available at the moment to make such claims credible.
