The Obi Worldphone S507 smartphone has been launched in Vietnam with a price tag of $134.55 (around Rs. 8976 or 2990000 Vietnamese Dong).

According to The Mobile Indian, the Obi Worldphone S507 has a 5-inch full high-definition IPS display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and a pixel density of 441ppi, as well as an anti-glare, anti-dust, and anti-fingerprint feature on the screen. It is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm MSM8909 Snapdragon 615 chipset clocked at a speed of 1.5 GHz.

The Obi Worldphone S507 runs on the Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system with Adreno 405 GPU. It is packed with a 3000 mAh Li-Po battery that can last for up to six hours of talk time on 2G and 250 hours (10 days) of standby time, Phone Radar reported.

The Obi Worldphone S507 comes with a 2 GB of RAM in a 16 GB of internal memory that can be further extended up to 32 GB via a microSD card. It features a 13-megapixel camera at the back with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calling.

The Obi Worldphone S507 is a dual micro-SIM smartphone with connectivity options such as 4G LTE network, GPS A-GPS/GLONASS, dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi direct, and a micro USB 2.0 port. It measures 139.8 x 69.6 x 8.9 mm with a weight of 140 grams.

The Obi Worldphone S507 offers DTS Sound with dual microphone for noise cancellation, filtering ambient noise from the desired sound. It comes with sensors such as proximity light, ambient light, and accelerometer, ALS, and asymptotic sensor.

The Obi Worldphone S507 has been listed on the official page of San Francisco-based handset maker Obi Mobiles with a polycarbonate body and rounded corners. It is available in black and white color.
