Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime Smartphone With 5.5-Inch Display and 3GB RAM Launched in Vietnam

The Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime smartphone has been launched in Vietnam.

According to Phone Radar, images of the Galaxy J7 Prime was leaked a couple of weeks ago. It is now listed on the Vietnam website of South Korean mobile company Samsung. In the official listing, the design and the full specifications of the upcoming smartphone are shown.

According to the listing, the Galaxy J7 Prime is powered by an octa-core Exynos 7870 Octa chipset clocked at a speed of 1.6 GHz. It comes with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage, which can be expanded up to 256 GB with a microSD card. It is packed with a 3300 mAh Li-Ion battery that can last at least for an entire day.

The Galaxy J7 Prime has a 5.5-inch IPS LCD with a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels, a pixel density of 401ppi, and Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection. It runs on the Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow operating system with Mali-T830MP2.

The Galaxy J7 Prime has a nice build quality. It features a 13-megapixel camera at the back with autofocus and LED flash. It also features an 8-megapixel front-facing selfie camera with LED flash. The device measures 151.5 x 74.9 x 8.1 mm. It supports dual SIM (micro-SIM, dual standby). The other connectivity options of the device are GPS, GLONASS, Bluetooth 4.1, and Wi-Fi b/g/n.

The Galaxy J7 Prime has a price tag of VND 6,290,000 (approximately Rs. 18,900/$283.68). It is expected to be released this month, GSM Arena reported. The device is expected to come in black and gold colors.
