The Game library of both consoles is pretty large. PS4 games include "The Assassins Creed" series, "Far Cry" series, "Batman," etc., and it also holds a list of upcoming games like "The Division" from Ubisoft, "The Hitman" franchise, etc. Xbox One games, on the other hand, features a very good collection such as "Halo," "Fallout 4," "FIFA," "Minecraft," etc. Xbox One also has a backward compatibility that supports over 100 Xbox 360 games.

Xbox One measures about 7.9 x 27.4 x 33.3 cm compared to PS4's smaller 5.3 x 27.5 x 30.5cm; however, Xbox One sports additional ventilator system and last longer than PS4. When it comes to Gamepad controllers, PlayStation 4 has a front/center touchpad, DualShock 4 and mono speaker.
