Alongside with the news of "Legends" now open for Steam users, updates of the game were also reported. One of the new features added to the game is the spectator mode.

With the new spectator mode, players are now able to view live games played by other players. However, such feature would only apply to people on your friend's list.

Another update included for the game is the new Gauntlet mode. This update introduces organized global competitive events, allowing players to compete in series of matches to take the top spot on the worldwide leaderboard.

According to reports, top gamers in the Gauntlet mode will receive rewards, including Card Packs, Gold, and other special prizes.

"Gauntlet events will vary in size, entry cost and prizing, and will challenge players to showcase their performance with their favorite decks," PC Gamers quoted Bethesda as saying.

Additionally, the "Elder Scrolls: Legends" has also been made available on a new platform. Based on reports online, gamers may now use Android tablet to play the game.

The beauty of the update and new release is that it supports universal log-in. This would mean that you can use any device when you play the game, even the new Android platform.

Such move was primarily intended to safeguard the existing card collection of players who will be moving between platforms. Meanwhile, the mobile version of the game is expected to arrive this summer. Thus, offering gamers more options on what device to use while playing the game.
