Management simulators have been popular in sports genres like Soccer, wherein players may be able to act as team managers. This old concept of the game crossing on the eSports arena somehow excited audiences worldwide.

In retrospect, "League of Legends" was developed and published by Riot Games for Windows and MacOS. The game was inspired mainly by Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne mod and Defense of the Ancients.

Just last year, it has been estimated that there are over 100 million players each month. And with the possible entry of "League of Legends" to the mobile world via management sims, it is to be expected that player engagement will drastically increase upon its global release.
