It seems like Square Enix will likely showcase new game details and a possible release date announcement for "Kingdom Hearts 3" next month at the Electronic Entertainment Expo event. Game director Tetsuya Nomura has increased the development cycle of "Kingdom Hearts 3" and that a rushed trailer originally slated for April will now debut later this year instead.

Furthermore, the Osaka-based team is finding production of Kingdom Hearts 3 an exhausting effort, with things not being helped by "Final Fantasy XV’s" troubled production cycle over the past few years. Nomura and his team are being pressured to release the game as soon as possible, but Square Enix will likely make these cut contents to happen in order for it to launch smoothly to its intended schedule for the PS4 and Xbox One consoles.

Meanwhile, its seems that the price for "Kingdom Hearts 3's" physical copy has been dropped.

Retailing website Amazon has discounted the physical version of "Kingdom Hearts 3" and is currently 13 percent off on the PS4, as prime members will get 20 percent off instead. The game is now below $53, Game Idealist reported.

Previous reports hinted that "Kingdom Hearts 3" will likely be ported in the Nintendo Switch console and PC platform soon, as well as the possibility of seeing "Final Fantasy XV" hero Noctis in the sequel.

Gaming fans are looking forward to see what Square Enix might reveal for "Kingdom Hearts 3" at E3 2017 next month.

There is no release date yet for "Kingdom Hearts 3" for the PS4 and Xbox One.
