Based on the information section of the benchmark listing, the upcoming HTC device will run an Android 7.1.1 OS. As for its display, a 5.5-inch touchscreen with at least five finger gesture support is to be expected by consumers.

This recent listing online also confirms the previous speculated internal setup of the device. Based on GFXBench report, the upcoming HTC mobile device will be powered by Snapdragon 835 processor, along with Andreno 540 for its GPU.

To complement the mobile processor and GPU, a 4GB of RAM will also be on board. As for its storage, consumers may expect a 64GB of built-in storage.

Concerning the device's camera, it would seem like HTC will not be riding along with the current dual-camera trend. As for the HTC U 11, it will have a 12MP rear-facing camera, according to Phandroid, which includes the ability to shoot 4K video or UHD.

For the front camera, it is expected that a 16MP will be installed to suffice selfieholics. It also has the ability to shoot videos in 1080p.

Meanwhile, other usual features also include an accelerometer, altimeter, compass, GPS, gyroscope, light sensor, NFC, pedometer, proximity. For connectivity, the usual Bluetooth and wifi are included as well.

However, the ones outlined above remains unconfirmed by HTC. With HTC U 11 to be unveiled just less than a week from now, May 16, more specs release are to be expected.
