Samsung and Huwaei seems to have hit the chords again and this time for the right reasons.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 is the next step in Samsung's move to dominate the tablet industry. We understand the company is aiming to unveil the device at the Mobile World Congress event in Barcelona come March, 2016.

Expectations of MWC 2016 has risen ever since it has been revealed that Samsung is planning to unveil both the Tab S3 and the Galaxy S7 and the Galaxy S7 Edge at the event.

At the moment, we do not know much about the Galaxy Tab S3, however, China Post had release some information that might or might not be legitimate. According to the publication, the Galaxy Tab 3 will come in two variants; the SM-T819 and the SM-T719.

They are expected to come with a 9.7-inch display and an 8-inch display respectively. Furthermore, we understand the screens are of the Super AMOLED variety, and both will have a resolution of 2,048 x 1,536. As for the processor, the devices may launch with Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 octa-core inside and Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow.

When it comes down to the available RAM, the Galaxy Tab S3 will feature 3GB and 32GB of internal storage. We're not yet certain of the device will come packed with a microSD card slot, but since the previous versions did, we can only hope at this point.

In terms of camera, the Galaxy Tab S3 is expected to launch with an 8-megapixel shooter at the back that is capable of taking 1080p videos. There's also a 2-megapixel camera at the front for taking selfies and making video calls with family and friends.

The partial benchmark was recently leaked by WinFuture, and from what we have seen, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 may come with a gyroscope, accelerometer, and a pedometer.

Samsung is hoping to have a tablet that will be able to compete with anything Apple has on the market today, and anything the Cupertino giant might release before the end of the year. Chances are, the Apple iPad 3 might hit store shelves before 2016 comes to a close, and Samsung will want to keep in the competitive sphere whenever that happens.

Until then, we just have to take a wait and see approach.
