"Days Gone" is touted as one of the highly anticipated titles coming to PS4 soon and the latest development update reveals that the production is already in full swing. Bend Studio has transferred to a massive workspace and doubled the size of its development team.

The game developer of "Days Gone" has no plans of slowing down and waste time in producing its next big zombie apocalypse title. Just recently, the studio has now moved to a massive four-story office building that has a total of 50,000 square feet in size.

The developer has also hired additional staff and doubled the size of its production team, local newspaper The Bulletin reported. From being more than forty, the entire team is now comprised of more than a hundred employees.

This latest development is good news to fans that are hoping to see the release of "Days Gone" this year. It has also sparked speculations that it could mean more big projects are in the pipeline for SIE Bend Studio. It is also plausible that there is already a sequel on the cards.

The title received an early praise from fans and game critics when Sony Interactive Entertainment showcased the PS4 exclusive game at E3 last year. The game debuted at the event with a thrilling trailer including some exciting gameplay details.

So far, SIE Bend Studio has not yet announced a solid release date for "Days Gone". But according to most recent leaks, the open-world survival horror video game will again make an appearance at Sony's E3 Conference in June.

Just like the past E3 events, game developers are now preparing great surprises for their loyal fanbase this year. They have to take advantage of this opportuned timing and perfect platform to launch their upcoming big titles.

Perhaps, fans will be able to know the release date of "Days Gone" and when it will exactly arrive on PS4. Since it was officially announced last year, game pundits are guessing that it is now nearing completion and in final development stages.

"Days Gone" is a horror video game will let players take on the role of ex-bounty hunter, Deacon St. John. The game protagonist will need to survive amidst a pandemic that made humans turn into zombie-like monsters.
