Recently, Motorola had released a video on YouTube to mark its 44 years of mobile calls. The video also shows a bit of the alleged new smartphone called Moto X.
In the video, the purported Moto X (2017) appears to be like the Moto G5 from the front as well as from the back. The antenna lines are also seen on the rear side of the phone.

Other than the Moto X, another unannounced phone is also seen in the video. It is in white color with a speaker grille located on the rear side of the phone. It is expected to be the smartphone that is codenamed as "Albus". The specifications of this phone is similar to the Moto Z Play, except for the rear camera that is said to be a 12-megapixel, PhoneArena reported. According to the leaks shared by tipster Roland Quandt, the Moto X (2017) smartphone is codenamed as Sanders and it carries a serial number of XT180x. It is expected to sport a metal body. The Moto X phone might come without the modular accessories support as the rear-facing pins for Moto Mods are absent in this phone. The Moto X (2017) is rumored to come equipped with a Snapdragon 625 chipset. It is speculated to carry 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of native storage. Its other variant is likely to come with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB storage. The phone is said to feature a 13-megapixel rear camera. The phone seems to have LED flash located near selfie camera. The physical Home button is placed below the phone's display while the company's logo is seen on the backside of the phone,Gizbot reported. Lenovo is rumored to release its new smartphone the Moto G5 in this month. The Moto G5 features a 5.2-inch display with a full HD resolution of 1,080 x 1,920 pixels. It is powered by Snapdragon 625 chipset. The smartphone is packed with 2 GB RAM and 32 GB storage. Its second variant has 4 GB RAM and 64 GB storage. The third variant of Moto G5 is carrying 3 GB RAM with 32 GB storage. The phone is loaded with Android 7.0 Nougat. It features a 12-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel frontal shooter. The smartphone is equipped with a 3,000 mAh capacity battery.
