New "For Honor" details will feature the Peacekeeper banned from tournaments and Ubisoft not working on a Nintendo Version of the game.

It seems that one character class from "For Honor" will not be used by players in online tournaments as the Peacekeeper is official banned due to her being too overpowered. Players at several tournaments organized by MLG will be unable to pick the Peacekeeper and will have to think of another way to best others players in "For Honor."

One player made a complained for the Peacekeeper in the MLG forums explaining the character's "spamming" light attacks is more than enough for players to get hits and win even against experienced players in "For Honor" matches.

Not only is the Peacekeeper used by new players because of this ease, but when more experienced "For Honor" players choose her and use these mind games and tricks in combination with the speed of the PK, making her nearly impossible to beat in a 1v1 scenario.

As a result the MLG made an announcement that the Peacekeeper will not used by other players during online tournaments in "For Honor" and will conduct a poll if the community is largely in favor of the character being banned.

Many players already responding to the Peacekeeper ban with applause, saying that it was absolutely the right step forward, it seems likely that it will stick. Other players though, are holding out not just for a Peacekeeper ban in tournaments, but for the character to be nerfed by Ubisoft itself, Gamerant reported.

In other news, it seems that Ubisoft might not port "For Honor" into the latest game console, Nintendo Switch anytime soon.

Ubisoft's creative director Jason VandenBerghe ruled out the idea of "For Honor" in the Nintendo Switch because the game studio is currently have no plans for the game to be ported to the said console. Their goal as of now is make "For Honor" afloat to gaming fans, especially with the various issues it has been facing these past few weeks.

Among these things are the great discounts the studio brought to reach new audiences. "For Honor" is basically at a 50 percent off on Steam, thanks to the company's sale event, iTech Post reported.

"For Honor" is currently available on the PS4, Xbox One and PC platforms.
