The latest original episode of "Final Fantasy 15" will shift the focus from the game's main character, Noctis, to Gladiolus. To note, the main story of "FFXV" did not involve much of Gladiolus, and the character itself is not made playable.

According to Gematsu, the players will have a very different experience with Gladiolus as the character has different actions compared to Noctis. Gladiolus will also have a new user interface (UI).

The new "Final Fantasy 15" will showcase a new kind of gameplay, as well as a captivating backstory for Gladiolus. According to the DLC's official description obtained by PlayStation Lifestyle, Gladiolus (or Gladio) is one of the three closest allies of Noctis in his journey. For the first time, Gladio will have his own share of the limelight as the players will get to know more about the character.

Starting off with Noctis' encounter with Ravus in the "FFXV" main story, the upcoming episode will tell the story of Gladio after leaving the group. He decided to go with Cor to train and become more powerful. His strength after the training will be tested as he is set to face "larger than life monsters" throughout his adventure.

Game Informer was among the first group to try the latest "Final Fantasy 15" DLC at PAX East 2017. According to their review, the full "Gladiolus" episode will likely take around two to three hours to finish. This period of time may not be enough for some players, but the new content pack will give the fans something new.

Those who are already used to play Noctis in "Final Fantasy 15" are likely to have a fun and unique experience with Gladiolus. Unlike Noctis, Gladiolus is said to boast an all-out attack moves that deal significant damage to enemies. The character also has a useful block ability that will also allow him to launch a powerful counter-attack.
