The story of Episode Gladiolus will feature the titular character searching for Gilgamesh in order to challenge him to a fight. Gladiolus will be accompanied by Cor Leonis as a guest character during the episode, offering a different style of gameplay and lets players discover a side of the character not featured in the main "Final Fantasy XV" story.

In addition, game producer Haruyoshi Sawatari and Global Brand Manager Raio Mitsuno revealed some new details about the upcoming DLCs for "Final Fantasy XV". Sawatari explained the main purpose of the upcoming DLCs is to give back to the players and creating content that will keep them enjoying and engaged in the game.

Square Enix expects that the other character DLC, episode Prompto and Episode Ignis, will be similar to Episode Gladiolus in terms of scope and size in "Final Fantasy XV". Sawatari teased that they added a little surprise at the end Episode Gladiolus, which connects to Episode Prompto, SegmentNext reported.

It is rumored that Episode Prompto will take place somewhere in Niflheim and will explore his backstory, where he was a a guinea pig of the Empire and managed to escape their facility before the events of the game.

In other news, Square Enix will launch a 96 song soundtrack of "Final Fantasy XV" this month as a way to bring nostalgia back to gaming fans who have been playing "Final Fantasy" for decades.

The "Final Fantasy XV" album will launch on March 24 and it will also include Florence Welch rendition of "Stand By Me," which is the main theme of the game.

Previous reports revealed that "Final Fantasy XV's" original title "Final Fantasy Versus XIII" is being developed as a separate game under the name "World of Versus".

While gaming fans are skeptical about "Final Fantasy Versus XIII" being a separate game for Square Enix. Perhaps an announcement for the title is finally due given the success of "Final Fantasy XV" last year till today.

It would not be out of the realm of possibility for Square Enix to try and capitalize on the momentum they have gotten and possibly make another game based on scrap material.

"Final Fantasy XV" is currently available for the PS4 and Xbox One consoles.
