"The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" amiibo brings many useful and cool in-game rewards, and it will allow players to get the Hylian Shield, Wolf Link, and Epona. It is the recurring Hylian Shield and Wolf Link in "Zelda: Twilight Princess" and "Epona in Zelda: Ocarina of Time."

To get Epona, all the player needs is the Super Smash Bros Link amiibo. However, Epona can only be summoned once. It is better to go straight to the stables and register her there soon after teleporting her in the game. Epona would not come back anytime soon if she dies and if the player uses the Super Smash Bros Link amiibo again, she will not appear but instead, a chest which could yield a part of Link's outfit from "Zelda: Twilight Princess." Epona will also have maxed out Speed, Strength, and Stamina stats and a Gentle temperament. The stable owner will recognize her before the player even names her.

Meanwhile, to get the Hylian Shield, the player needs the Breath of the Wild Zelda amiibo. It is not a guaranteed deal though so the player has to keep trying every 24 hours if he does not get the shield on his first try. However, the Hylian Shield can also be found in the depths of Hyrule Castle. The player can buy the shield from Grante in Tarry Town again once he's acquired it.

Lastly, to get Wolf Link, the player needs the twilight Princess Wolf Link amiibo. Unlike Epona. The Wolf Link can be summoned once a day into Breath of the Wild. He can hunt animals and give the player the meat to pick up and attach enemies the player encounters, following him around wherever he goes. He only has three hearts but the player can increase this by playing Twilight Princess on Wii U where the player needs to get 20 heart containers and go to the Cave Shadows. He needs to complete the first six levels without being damaged and save the hearts to the amiibo to give more health to Wolf Link in Breath of the Wild.

To use amiino in Breath of the Wild, the player needs to turn it on the options because it's turned off by default. The ability to use an amiibo will appear as a rune so the player just has to press up on the D-pad to activate it and a circle will then appear on the ground where the rewards will spawn. The player is advised to use this away from water and cliffs, etc.
