Sony has unveiled the Xperia XZ, Xperia XZ Premium, Xperia XA1 and Xperia XA1 Ultra at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2017 earlier today. Here are the specifications and pricing of these new Sony smartphones.

Sony Xperia XZs and Xperia XZ Premium

Sony Xperia XZs comes with a 5.2-inch full HD display and features a Snapdragon 820 chipset under its hood. It features 4 GB of RAM, 32 GB internal storage and microSD card slot.

It has a dual-LED enabled 19-megapixel f1/2.3 aperture rear camera that is capable of shooting 720p slow motion videos at 960 fps, Phone Arena reported. Its front-facing camera is of 13-megapixel. The smartphone runs on Android 7.0 Nougat. Other specs include microUSB v2.0, a fingerprint scanner and 2,900 mAh battery. It will go on sale from April 5 with a pricing of $699.

The Sony Xperia XZ Premium has a 5.5-inch 4K display and it runs on Snapdragon 835 SoC with 4 GB of RAM. It includes an internal storage of 64 GB and also features a microSD card. It runs on Android 7.1 Nougat OS.

It features the same 19-megapixel rear camera and 13-megapixel front-facing camera available on Xperia XZs. Other specs of the Xperia XZ Premium include USB Type-C, NFC, fingerprint sensor and 3,230 mAh battery. Its pricing is not known yet, but it is expected to be available for buying by spring this year.

Sony Xperia XA1 and Xperia XA1 Ultra

Powered with MediaTek Helio P20 chipset, the Xperia XA1 comes with a 5-inch HD display whereas the XA1 Ultra has a 6-inch edge-to-edge full HD display. The XA1 comes with 32 GB of internal storage and 3 GB of RAM. The XA1 Ultra has 64 GB of native storage and 4 GB of RAM.

Both smartphones are fitted with 23-megapixel rear cameras and on the front the XA1 has an 8-megapixel snapper whereas the Xperia XA1 Ultra includes a 16-megapixel snapper with OIS support. Both phones are preloaded with Android 7.0 Nougat. The XA1 and XA1 Ultra respectively feature a 2,300 mAh and 2,700 mAh batteries.

The Xperia XA1 is priced at $299 and it will be available for buying by $299. The XA1 Ultra is poised to go on sale by summer, Gizmo China reported.
