PS4 News: PlayStation Plus Free Games February 2017 Update, 'Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy' Release Date

Gamers are still waiting for Sony to reveal the new games which are included in the PlayStation Plus February 2017 lineup. Now, the company has confirmed that there will be a minor boost to its program. The new PlayStation Plus Special Booster Pack will be launched for Paragon to celebrate the game's first birthday. The new pack will be up for grabs on the PlayStation Store until Feb. 21, and it features various gears which can facilitate in-game progress.

In the Paragon PlayStation Plus Booster Pack, Khaimera gets a Moon Viper skin with 200 in-game currencies (Paragon Coins) to purchase skins and emotes, 1 Loot Carte and 1 Key, Unlock Crate for Master Challenges, Emotes and Rare skins, 10-Day EXP Boost (Level up main characters much faster to claim Master Challenge rewards), and a 10-Day Rep Boost (Assemble more reputation to purchase card packs and more).

The PlayStation Plus January 2017 games are Day of the Tentacle Remastered, This War of Mine: The Little Ones, Blazerush, The Swindle, Azkend 2 and Titan Souls. Sony may reveal its PlayStation Plus February lineup on Jan. 30. The PlayStation Plus Free games may all arrive simultaneously and could include several games each for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and PlayStation Vita platforms.

In other news, the release date of the highly anticipated Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy PS4 has been leaked by a Brazilian online store. The listing reveals that the video game compilation will be out on Feb. 28. However, this would coincide with the launch of the Horizon: Zero Dawn. The release date of Crash Bandicoot for PlayStation Plus will be announced at the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) 2017 event on June 13 in Los Angeles. The games expected to be included in the list include Assassin's Creed Chronicles: China, LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham, Gravity Rush Remastered, Alienation, and Shadow Complex Remastered.
