Asus, the Taiwanese hardware and electronics company is back it again with their announcement of their new premium tablet ---Asus ZenPad 3S 10 LTE. The tablet includes a 4G support, better processor, and a larger battery.

The ZenPad 3S 10 LTE (Z500KL) comes with a 9.7-inch display with a 2048 x 1536 resolution. The tablet also comes with an aluminum finish that has dimensions of 242.3x164.2x6.75mm and weighs with only 490g. The tablet is powered by a 1.8GHz hexa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 650 processor, Adreno 510 graphics processing unit and packs 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal memory. It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow and has a microSD card reader which can have an expandable storage up to 128GB.

In addition, the tablet gives a 5-megapixel front-facing camera and an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera. The tablet is also packed with a 7,800 mAh battery which can provide up to 16 hours of usage and 150 hours of standby. The battery comes with Qualcomm's Quick Charge 3.0 technology for faster charging.

Asus included its own TruVivid for better precision and brightness and Tru2Life video-enhancement technology that helps increase video contrast and sharpness. Asus also included not only better visuals but good audio too; it has a stereo audio system with five-magnet speakers that include a smart amplifier that lets users go to a much higher volume. On top of it, the tablet also supports DTS headphone:X virtual 7.1-channel surround-sound technology that mimics the alluring effect of a home theatre system when plugging in a pair of headphones.

It will also be the first Asus tablet that will feature a fingerprint sensor that gives users an added security measure to the device and its apps. The tablet also supports Asus' Z Stylus that allows users to draw and write with their favorite apps.

This tablet is different and not to be mistaken as the Asus ZenPad 3S 10 LTE (Z500M) which was launched at an event last September of 2016 which had a 2.1GHz hexa-core MediaTek MT8716 chipset.

The Asus ZenPad 3S 10 LTE will be available for purchase in Malaysia at a retail price of $405 (RM 1,799).
