Lenovo Z2 Plus Smartphone Gets Permanent Price cut in India

The Lenovo Z2 Plus smartphone has received a permanent price cut in India. It now costs $220.32 (around Rs. 14,999).

The Lenovo Z2 Plus was launched in India for a starting price of $264.41 (approximately Rs. 17,999). It has now gotten a price cut of $44.07 (around Rs. 3000) and will be available for a starting price of $220.32 (approximately Rs. 14,999) for the 3GB/32GB variant.

The Lenovo Z2 Plus has a 5-inch full high-definition display with 2.5D curved glass, a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, a pixel density of 441 ppi, and 16M colors. It comes in two variants; one with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage and another with 4GB and 64GB of built-in memory on board. The storage can be further expanded up to a maximum of 128GB via a microSD card slot.

The Lenovo Z2 Plus is powered by a quad-core Snapdragon 820 chipset clocked at a speed of 2.15 GHz and coupled with the Adreno 530 graphics processing unit. It runs on the Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system out of the box. It is equipped with a fingerprint scanner on the back.

The Lenovo Z2 Plus features a 13-megapixel camera at the back with LED flash. It is accompanied with an 8-megapixel front-facing camera for better selfies and video calls.

The Lenovo Z2 Plus measures 141.65 x 68.88 x 8.45 mm in dimension with a weight of 149 grams. It is packed with a 3500 mAh Li-Ion battery with Quick Charge 3.0 support. It can provide up to 21 hours (3G) or 27 hours on talk time, up to 430 hours (3G) or 499 hours on standby mode.

The Lenovo Z2 Plus is also available from Flipkart in 4GB/64GB variant for $257.06 (around Rs. 17,499). It will be available exclusively via Amazon India starting from Sept. 25 in four different colors.
