The Google Nexus 7 2017 is expected to be released in 2017, but it is still unknown exactly when it will hit the market.

The device was previously expected to be released before Christmas this year, but Huawei rejected to be the manufacturer of Google phones because the latter did not want the Huawei brand on the design. There are now rumors that the Google Nexus 2017 will be released in October 2017 at a Google event.

The Google Nexus 7 2017 is likely to feature a 7-inch display with AMOLED Quad panel and could sport a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor, 64 GB of internal storage, and 4 GB of RAM. The Nexus 7 may feature a 13 MP rear camera with advanced capabilities.

There are speculations that it would be released as a budget-friendly device and run on the Andromeda OS. The Andromeda OS is a mix of Chrome and Android operating systems, and it is said to make the Nexus 7 2017 be like a desktop PC in terms of performance with huge advancements in programs and features. The Nexus 7 would be the first device to run the latest OS.

The Google Nexus 7 "tablet - as a dev device - could actually have a version of Android out of the box, but have a "developer preview" version of Andromeda available to those who want to develop for it," 9 to 5 Google reported.

The Google Nexus 7 2017 is expected to come with Adreno 530 GPU and USB Type-C connectivity with 5,100 mAh battery.
