Lenovo launched its successor to the Lenovo K3 Note - the Lenovo K4 Note - to compete directly to Motorola's flagship Motorola Moto G 3rd Gen. The Lenovo K4 Note sports a MediaTek processor with 3 GB of RAM and an expandable memory card slot.

The Lenovo K4 Note runs on Android Lollipop out of the box with Lenovo Vibe UI on top. The Moto G3rd Gen also runs Android Lollipop out of the box, but can be upgraded to Android 6.0 Marshmallow through an OTA update.

The Motorola Moto G 3^rd Gen has a 2470 mAh battery which will take you through a day of moderate to high usage. The Lenovo K4 Note, on the other hand, has a bigger battery capacity of 3300 mAh. The camera configurations of both smartphones are similar as both hold a 13 megapixel primary shooter and a 5 megapixel secondary selfie camera. The K4 note has an f/2.2 aperture sensor and the Moto G 3 has an f/2.0 Aperture sensor.

In their design perspective, both the smartphones truly excel. Lenovo left its box looks for a new design language. The phone is comfortable to hold despite its 5.5 inch screen size. The back side of the Lenovo K4 Note holds its primary camera sensor and a fingerprint sensor. The phone weighs 158 grams and is 9.1 mm thick.

Motorola now uses a similar design theme for most of its phones and follows the same for the third Gen Moto G. The Moto G 3^rd Gen measures 142.1 x 72.4 x 6.1 mm and weighs 155 grams. While the K4 note has a 5.5 inch full HD display with a resolution of 1080 x 1920 at a pixel density of 401 ppi, the Motorola Moto G 3rd Gen has a 5 inch IPS display with a resolution of 720 x 1280 at a pixel density of 294 ppi.

With good specs at a reasonable price, the Lenovo K4 Note is no doubt going to set the sales records. The Lenovo K4 Note is going to give direct competition to the Motorola Moto G 3rd generation.
