Zen Cinemax 2 Plus budget-friendly smartphone which has a 1GB of RAM and runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system has been released in India.

The Zen Cinemax 2 Plus has been listed on the Indian mobile company's official website with features and price details, FitNHit reported. An upgraded version of Zen Cinemax 2 smartphone was launched in 2015.

The Zen Cinemax 2 Plus has a 5.5-inch IPS LCD with a pixel density of 170 ppi which is very low compared to other budget low-cost devices, Phone Radar reported. It is powered by a quad-core chipset with a speed of 1.3 GHz.

The Zen Cinemax 2 Plus runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system out of the box and might not get the further Marshmallow updates. It comes with a 1 GB of RAM in an 8 GB of internal memory that could be expanded to 32 GB with a microSD card.

The Zen Cinemax 2 Plus features a 5-megapixel fixed focus camera at the back with LED flash. It is accompanied with a 3.2-megapixel camera on the front for better video calling and selfies. Its other features include autofocus, geotagging, panorama. The phone can record high-definition videos at 30 frames per second.

The Zen Cinemax 2 Plus is packed with a huge 2900 mAh battery that can provide stand by up to 200 hours with talk time of up to 7 hours. It supports dual SIM connectivity and comes with sensors like accelerometer, proximity, and ambient light sensor. Other connectivity options are Bluetooth v2.1, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, and microUSB 2.0. 

The Zen Cinemax 2 Plus is available for $56.62 (around Rs. 3777) in India via shopclues.com exclusively. It will be available in black color variant.
