Apple has launched the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus with the Apple Watch Series 2. Now there are speculations that Apple is ready to introduce the MacBook Pro 2016.

"The machines could debut as soon as October, and based on upcoming software release plans for macOS 10.12.1, Apple is aiming to finalize the software with features for the new MacBook Pros on October 7, suggesting a late October launch for the new machines," writes MacRumors.

The Apple MacBook Pro 2016 will be lighter and thinner with the hinge design. Apple could also remove the 3.5 mm headphone jack and offer the device in different colors. The MacBook Pro 2016 could have an OLED display touch bar with modifiable software keys for various apps and functions. Fans can also expect the device to sport an advanced Touch ID fingerprint sensor.

However, the most significant change to the device is that it would sport the seventh-gen Intel Skylake processors. These processors are super fast and can provide a huge boost to the MacBook Pro 2016's speed. The processor could also improve battery performance.

The Apple MacBook Pro 2016 is set to be released this year, and it could BE a huge makeover from earlier generations. Apple previously hinted about radical changes like an ultra-fast second-gen USB 3.1. If the MacBook Pro 2016 will come with it, the transfer speed of the device is pegged at up to 10GB per second. An OLED touch bar could replace the function keys while Thunderbolt 3 is a possibility. There are speculations that the Apple MacBook Pro 2016 will come with a detachable touchscreen, an improved resolution, and a highly upgraded Apple Pencil.
