The OnePlus 3 is now rumored to arrive in two variants. The speculated price of the smartphone has been revealed before its June release date.

The Chinese manufacturer is currently working on a successor phone for OnePlus 2 that was announced in July last year. Fresh speculations suggest that the OnePlus 3 will be coming in two editions. One of them will be a base model whereas the other one would be coming with advanced specs, Gizmo China reported.

The starting variant of OnePlus 3 will be powered by Snapdragon 820 chipset. It will be coupled with 4 GB of RAM. It will be arriving with a native storage of 32 GB.

The higher-end model of the smartphone will be featuring the same Snapdragon 820 chipset. However, it will be featuring 6 GB of RAM. Its inbuilt storage is speculated as 64 GB.

The price of the starting model is rumored as 1999 Yuan that equates to $310 as per current conversion rates. The OnePlus 3 smartphone is also rumored to be arriving with a stellar camera. The reason behind it is that a photo that has been alleged snapped by OnePlus 2 has been revealed by Pete Lau, the CEO of the company. The image shows off impressive color reproduction and rich details.

Early speculations suggest that it will be flanked with a rear camera of 16 MP. It is pegged to feature an 8 MP shooter on its front.

Carl Pei, the co-founder of OnePlus, had revealed in February that the OnePlus 3 would be coming with a captivating design. Hence, the upcoming OnePlus flagship is expected to sport a different appeal than OnePlus One and OnePlus 2 smartphones.

Pei also added that the smartphone will be available the end of second quarter of this year, CNET reported. It indicates that the smartphone would be probably released by next month. Rumors are suggesting that the company may announce the OnePlus 3 on May 18 and it will be made available for purchase by June.

Microsoft is rumored to be building a Windows 10 Mobile ROM for OnePlus 3 smartphone. The Redmond giant is also expected to release Windows 10 Mobile ROM for OnePlus 2 and Xiaomi Mi 5 smartphones in the near future.
