According to latest reports, the game developer Supercell has said that the newest 'Clash of Clans' shield system will be a permanent feature in the game.

The new shield system forces the gamers to place their TH inside defenses and walls. The developer said that they are looking for other ways to fix main issue of players with the new feature, saying that it is less resource income.

According to Supercell, Town Hall is the heart of the village, meaning that it must be carefully defended and secured from all kinds of attacks. Anoushka, a Supercell staff, said that Clash was never meant to be played that way - this change is here to stay.

Reports suggest that at present the top priority of "Clash of Clans' right now is to improve the resource saving for the gamers. Anoushka said that they know this is a frustration for many players. They are checking players' feedback carefully and the state of the game for all gamers after the update. She further said that improving this is their top priority now.

Furthermore, gamers who are expecting tweaks for Village Guard, Shields and Personal Breaks will be upset as the Clash of Clans developer has no plans yet on changing the features despite several players airing their problems about being continuously raided.

Anoushka said that they look solid and feel like they are working fine. They do not have any plans right now to make changes here, they will focus all their attention on resource saving for the moment, Latinos Health reported.

Anoushka declared that the Attack boost feature has been ended during the maintenance break.  Moreover, Clash of Clans gamers can keep on boosting all their resources for 1-Gem since the developer have extended its promotion, this include Gold Mines, Elixir Pumps and Dark Elixir Drills, Gotta Be Mobile reported.

Also, SuperCell has just launched Clash Royale. The game will have similar characters and troops likewise the Clash of Clans; however, it will be a multiplayer online battle arena game where the gamers will control one character in one of two teams till the main structure of the opposing team will be destroyed.
