Below is one of the best looking little games for the Xbox One and Windows PC. The game is set to release this year after years of delays.

One of the most beautiful video games coming out this summer, is a title that goes by the name, Below. It is exclusive for Xbox One and PC. Capybara Games at GDC launched a new trailer, and it makes us want to pick it up and play.

This game has been in the news ever since it was revealed back in 2013 at Microsoft's E3 conference where it unveiled much about the Xbox One. At time, Below was set only for the Xbox One, but as time goes by, it quickly became a PC title as well.

The initial ship date was set for 2014, but that didn't happen, and as such, the developers pushed for a 2015 release. However, those plans went through the roof, and now the new release date is summer 2016. Just don't be surprised if the game is pushed further back into 2017.

"Having finally gotten over my fear of brutal games, I was able to go into this demo with open eyes and was rewarded immensely for it," according to GameSpot.

Outside of video game critics, many folks are very wary of this game because nothing much is known about it. It's a dungeon crawler, that much we know, but not much of anything else. We've seen the game in action, but when it comes down to the story or the overall goal of the title, nothing is known.

If there is one thing we know, is that the music is quite solid. It is done by Singer-songwriter Jim Guthrie. He had partnered with the development house before on games such as Superbrothers: Sword & Sworcery EP. Folks who played those games know that Guthrie is a master at composing music.

We can't wait to see what else this composer works on in the future, because no doubt it is going to be a complete masterpiece, something we will no doubt be talking about for months or even years to come.

E3 is just around the corner so we expect the developers to share more about what we want to learn.
