Samsung and Huwaei seems to have hit the chords again and this time for the right reasons. While both have undeniably brilliant features at the price they are available, what makes them stand apart is that one is a tab and the other is a mate. Check both of these tablets as we look them in further detail.

With the recently held 2016 Mobile World Congress, Huwaei seems to have added a masterpiece with all metal MateBook wooing to Business consumers. This product comes with MatePen, which has built-in Laser pointer useful during presentations. Weighing mere 640 gms, MateBook runs on Windows 10 powered by Intel Core M processor. The device with 6.99 mm thick comes with 4GB and 2GB of RAM with 256GB internal storage that supports micro SD card.

With prices ranging from $699 to $799, MateBook have waterproof keyboard with stylish accessories. According to First Post, the store price for the above accessories shall be $89, $59 and $129 respectively. The device comes with fingerprint scanner mounted sideways. Its 12-inch IPS display at 2,160 x 1,440 is ready to give a rich user experience.

GSMARENA reports that Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 will boast a new chipset that actually have four Cortex - A72 cores and four A 53s. To add sweet to the feast, this device shall be running on the latest version of Android 6.0 Marshmallow. While the RAM of this device will be 3GB, the 32 GB storage is way too low compared to that of Matebook; however, the device has an option of LTE at 150 Mbps. It offers 8MP main camera and 2MP selfie camera both at 1080p.

According to Tech Times, the device shall have two variants SM-T719 and SM-T819, with differences in screen sizes and battery capacity. Camera, screen resolution and chipset will not vary across both variants however. The 8MP camera shall be equipped with auto focus, LED flash, face detection, HDR focus and HD video recording. If that is not enough, the device shall be having prominent features of bluetooth, light sensor, GPS and not to forget the barometer and gyroscope. All this comes at a decent price tag of $204 to $255.

While both the devices have their pros and cons, Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 is a handy device at a lower price point that is useful on the go, while Huwaei MateBook can be an all purpose device for students and business persons - a mate they need for their tasks.
