Nokia smartphones are back in 2017 championed by the Nokia 6, Nokia 5, and Nokia 3. The Finnish brand is once again connecting people as it tries to expand its market by launching in key regions.

HMD Global is aiming to replicate its success in the Chinese market following the launching of its latest Nokia Android phones. The company is now gearing up for its global launching and release.

The company strategically selected significant locations wherein Nokia phones used to be highly dominant during its peak. Countries like the Philippines, Vietnam, India, and Malaysia are among the key areas selected.

After Nokia phones have been released in Malaysia just a few days back, Nokia 6, Nokia 5, and Nokia 3 is set to be officially introduced in neighboring countries. The said smartphones will be launched in Vietnam and Philippines before the end of the week, June 8 and Junes 13 respectively.

Apart from reaching out to millions of enthusiasts in Asia, the company is set to bring the Finnish brand to its mother country, Finland. Therefore, making it as another Western introduction of the said brand.

Meanwhile, another excellent feature to be expected for the device is its Android O compatibility. Its manufacturers recently confirmed that Android O or Android 8.0 update would arrive for Nokia 6, Nokia 5, and Nokia 3 devices, according to GSM Arena.

Google is expected to launch their Android update soon, and Nokia will be one of the devices to get such update. However, there is still no timeframe given by HMD Global concerning its update.

Nevertheless, it is expected that improvements will be observed as Android 8.0 will run on the said device. More customization options, battery efficiency, and new emojis are some of the possible upgrades included in the said Google Android O update.
