Nintendo announced the new downloadable content of "Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild," which was officially named "The Master Trial."

The DLC includes a new area, Trial of the Sword (previously known as Cave of Trial), to replicate the best look of the base game. According to Nintendo, the Trial of the Sword is a new set of cage matches, in which Link must battle for about 45 rooms of enemies in total.

Link will begin the quest without any weapons and armors. Additionally, one of the major features of the latest DLC is the hard mode. When enabled, enemies ranked up which makes them harder to defeat with better hearing and eyesight, able to recover health, and live on hot air balloons around Hyrule.

But by doing the and completing the task, Link will be rewarded with a permanent powered-up Master Sword to double the damage with the enemies throughout the game. Nintendo assures that players can collect treasure and battle enemies by successfully reaching these planks.

Also, one of the most exciting new features is the hero's path, players are now permitted to turn on an overlay for the main map to expose the precise movement history of the previous 200 hours of play. Korok Mask is also a new piece of headgear for completionists, stored in the world and the controller will shake when Link is near a Korok seed.

For the remaining features of the latest DLC, the cosmetic upgrades and a grab-bag of the quality of life enhancements are all hidden in different areas that surround Hyrule. The Travel Medallion enables the player to leave one fast travel spot wherever they want. Meanwhile, for the new clothes, it is similar to a Phantom outfit, Midna's headpiece, and Tingle outfit.

The Master Trials will arrive this summer and only available as a portion of the £17.99 season pass.
