April is coming to an end, but Microsoft still has a treat in store for Xbox users. The company has revealed a list of free games that would be made available for Xbox Live Gold members.

This is the second time that Microsoft is giving away freebies to its customers as a sign of gratitude to their loyalty. Moreover, it was revealed that "The Walking Dead: Season Two" and Assassin's Creed Revelation are also free fox Xbox One and Xbox 360 respectively. It was also reiterated that the latter would be made available on Xbox One through Backward Compatibility.

According to Game Spot, "The Walking Dead: Season 2" will be free up until May 15, while "Ryse: Son of Rome" might be available on Xbox One for the whole month. On Xbox 360, "Assassin's Creed: Revelations" would be made free on Games With Gold and would run up until April 30. The April 2017 Games With Gold schedule has been revealed while the list for May 2017 is not yet public. That schedule might become in the last week of the month, so fans should watch out for it.

Xbox 360

• Darksiders (April 1-15)
• Assassin's Creed: Revelations (April 16-30)

Xbox One

• Ryse: Son of Rome (April 1-30)
• Evolve (March 16-April 15)
• The Walking Dead: Season Two (April 16-May 15)

Moreover, Neowin reiterated that only the said Xbox 360 games would remain playable if the Gold subscription is interrupted. On the other hand, the Xbox One games would still be playable once the subscription has returned.

Meanwhile, Microsoft's Spring Sale is still ongoing and offers a great amount of discounted titles and $1 upgrade to Xbox Live Gold for non-Gold users.
