Owlchemy Labs has teased that the long wait for the much-anticipated virtual reality game of the popular cartoon series "Rick and Morty" is almost over. This is in line with their most recent announcement that "Rick and Morty: Virtual Rick-Ality" will be officially released on April 20.

Owlchemy Labs' announcement of "Rick and Morty: Virtual Rick-Ality's" release date was made via their official Twitter account. Auto World News details that the said tweet has confirmed that the upcoming title will be available to HTC Vive and Oculus Rift by next Friday, April 20. Also, both Oculus Rift and HTC Vive have tweeted the same announcement in their official Twitter accounts.

It appears that the recent tweet has generated a lot of excitement which has been apparent on the thread of comments and queries from the fans. The developer has been graciously responding to their queries as well.

As per Owlchemy Labs, the forthcoming "Rick and Morty: Virtual Rick-Ality" game will be requiring at least 2m x 1.5m play area. Players will enjoy the game once its released if their room scale set-up meets the area requirement.

Moreover, in line with the space required to lower sunglasses, players can now play well in small and large set ups. As per the developer, they have resized the play area per player's setup. It was similarly done in other virtual games like "Job Simulator."

The "Rick and Morty: Virtual Rick-Ality" game was initially announced in July 2016. Adult Swim has posted the video announcement on its official YouTube account. The description on the clip details that players can thrust their hands and eyeballs into Rick's garage. Moreover, the game allows players fondle and touch things that can be found in the garage.
