First, Google simplifies the GIF-finding process. The additional Lucky GIF feature shares random GIFs with friends, among these are new Star Wars, and Stranger Things-themed sticker packs. The new version also helps the user to quickly navigate to the GIF search menu to be more specific. Just tap on the smiley icon in the chat bar, and then swipe to the left.

The second feature added by Google to its messaging app is the animated emojis - to make it more expressive. To see the effects of animated emojis, insert an emoji in the text field, tap and hold the send button and then drag upwards. It is only available to the common emojis as of the moment, but it will likely arrive at others in the future.

Lastly, Google added an Assistant icon for users to make Allo conversations more convenient. It helps the user to share lots of information and content from the chat like finding movie show times, YouTube videos, or even pictures of cats. Just tap the Assistant icon in the compose box and it will be ready to help in an instant.

All of these features will be available on Android starting today and on iOS soon.
