According to PC Advisor, there has been news roving online with regards to the Agents of Mayhem's release date, trailer, platforms and gameplay. Not just that, there has been an ongoing speculation reporting that the new version would still keep up with the game's past design. Moreover, there would still be three characters in the game that would consistently take down the bad guys in the world.

As to its release date, the "Agents of Mayhem" will have its release in the market on August 15, 2017 and could be played on PC, Xbox One or PS4. Not just that, players from UK also have the chance of pre-ordering the game for console from Amazon and would be sold at a price of for £42.74, or from Game for £42.99. However, reports confirmed that the two online stores are not offering pre-orders for the game's PC version yet. Meanwhile, players from US could have its pre-order from Amazon or Best Buy for $59.99.

On its gameplay, news confirmed that the game would revolve around a specific group termed as the Mayhem. The organization's ultimate goal is to stop the Legion from putting the nation at risk. The game is in a single-player third-person shooter set and would have its set-up in a place like Seoul, South Korea. Other than that, players control three agents at a time that have different skill sets and abilities.
