The Xbox One backwards compatibility feature is one of Microsoft's strongest asset yet in terms of selling its Xbox One console. This week, however, resulted to only one title coming to the feature, but it's not like the regular indie games that you see in the feature. Ubisoft Montreal's "Far Cry 3" arrived on the BC feature making the open world action-adventure first-person shooter video game part of the 350 titles listed on the feature.

"Far Cry 3" followed the Blood Dragon which was released last year. Other triple A titles on the feature include the "Red Dead Redemption," "The BioShock Trilogy," "Mass Effect Trilogy," "Skate 3," "Bloodborne" and many more.

Unfortunately, fans may wait a little bit longer for the "Call of Duty: Black Ops 2" to arrive on the feature. After it made a short appearance on the Xbox One backwards compatibility list, the game seem to have stayed on the last gen console with no hint of it coming to the Xbox One. Nevertheless, if the game has the same fate as the "Red Dead Redemption," then it's possible that it will arrive in few months.

Currently, the Xbox One backwards compatibility feature has over 350 titles on its list. Last year, Microsoft announced that they will be shelving some of the indie games they included for reasons they were not selling like they hope them to be. Meanwhile, Microsoft's Project Scorpio is slowly coming to light, but with Xbox head, Phil Spencer admitting they have no confirmed titles for the platforms.

Ultimately for the fans who still wish for the "Call of Duty; Black Ops 2" to arrive on the Xbox One backwards compatibility feature, it was in July last year when the RDR was released. This year could prove to be the same pattern if Microsoft releases the Black Ops 2 this July.
