The OnePlus 3T Midnight Black edition is finally hitting the market. Europe, North America and Hong Kong will all be able to order the new flagship-killer model starting March 28. Needless to say, the new OnePlus 3T's specs are still the same as the original despite the new exteriors.

The March 28 release schedule for the OnePlus 3T Midnight Black was revealed by OnePlus itself via the new model's dedicated webpage. According to the said post, the Midnight Black OnePlus 3T will go live on March 28 0:00 BST in Europe and Hong Kong and March 28 0:00 EDT in North America. Nevertheless, interested buyers are advised to act quickly to the said OnePlus sale as the Midnight Black model is expected to be released in limited supply only.

It was said that the reason behind the exclusivity of the OnePlus 3T Midnight Black is the amount of time it takes for OnePlus to paint their device to achieve the Midnight Black exteriors. Not only does the company has to apply the 14-micron thick coating three times, OnePlus also has to apply a fourth coating that will avoid fingerprints. The company has already released 250 units of the new OnePlus 3T Midnight Black in a colette store in Paris and in Hyperbeast on March 24, GSM Arena reported. 

As for the OnePlus 3T Midnight Black's price, it is expected that the new model will share the same price as the OnePlus 3T Gunmetal 128 GB variant, which as of the moment, is priced at £439 or around $550 in USD. For the OnePlus 3T's specs on the other hand, the phone generally comes with a Snapdragon 821 chipset, 6 GB RAM and a Nougat-eligible operating system. The OnePlus 3T also sports a 16 MP rear camera and a 16 MP front camera. It then comes with a front-mounted fingerprint sensor and a 3400 mAh battery.
