Release of Finalized iOS 10.2 Jailbreak Happening Soon as Apple Begins Official Rollout of v. 10.3?

Luca Todesco's finalized iOS 10.2 jailbreak release - a more stable version of the Yalu102 JB tool with expanded coverage - remains out of sight but jailbreak fans can still rejoice as one powerful tweak is about to be unleashed. Springtomize is set to hit Cydia soon, new report said.

"Springtomize for iOS 10 beta will be available for a spin soon," WCCFTech reported, adding that tweak co-developers Janosch Hubner and Filippo Bigarella are currently crowdsourcing for ideas or added features that can be implemented on the jailbreak tool. The same report described Springtomize as a do-all utility that can customize iOS on a jailbroken device.

With the tool installed, personalization can be performed to the nth degree, the report said.

According to iPhone Hacks, Springtomize is the go-to jailbreak tweak when the object is to gain nearly unlimited customization on a cracked iOS version. The tool can "increase the number of apps in the dock to 10, give the dock a cool coverflow effect, change the duration of the system-wide animations, remove page limits, customize the default animations, customize the lock screen, hide stock app icons and lots more," the report said.

The last time Springtomize was updated was for the iOS 9 jailbreak, and the next feature bumps designed for iOS 10 is yet to be penciled definitely by Hubner and Bigarella. But as advised by WCCFTech, Springtomize best works with "a properly jailbroken iPhone or iPad," so fans better be prepared when the rollout finally happens.

When exactly is that, the developers have yet to indicate but most likely the release will happen ahead of the promised iOS 10.2 jailbreak completion by Todesco. The Yalu102 author has already made commitments that he will expand the coverage of the tool to soon support all 64-bit devices, the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus including.

Also seen as part of the finalized Yalu jailbreak tool is a solution for the 7-day signing problem, a fix of which is apparently being worked on by Cydia creator Saurik in collaboration with Todesco and other unnamed developers.

Todesco said iOS 10.2 jailbreak will surely be finalized soon and when that happens the hackers hinted of taking a break from public jailbreaking, which seems to be the same route taken by the likes of Team Evad3rs, Pangu and TaiG.
