'Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Wildlands' Update: Patch 1.15 now Live; Adds Performance Improvement, GPU Support and bug Fixes

Ubisoft has rolled out Patch 1.1.5 for "Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Wildlands" for the PC version and is now live for download. It provides improvements and major fixes, particularly on compatibility and performance issues. 

The patch for "Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Wildlands"is around 4GB, which is now available via Uplay and Steam, adding various CPU and GPU support, bug fixes and improvements. Here is an overview of the patch notes via Ubisoft forum:

Multi-GPU improved support

The developer makes it clear that they are working with their partners to bring more improvements to both SLI and Crossfire support. The different issues on "stuttering and graphical corruption" are now fixed according to the developer, but the developer did not give specifics.

Quad-core CPUs improved support

There are reports of freezes and performance issues from players using quad-core CPUs particularly Intel i5 based processors. According to the developer, several of these issues have been resolved.

Performances on AMD graphic cards and the mouse navigation in store menu is now enhanced, The 4K menu background scaling is now implemented and several crash sources are now addressed.

Also, it improves Ansel support and bugs are now fixed. Different fixes are applied for the Steam Controller integration and either bug fixes and improvements.

Ubisoft notes that the patch will automatically download when the game is launched, so players will still need to reboot their PC to apply the patch. Players can also keep on playing while the patch is being downloaded and an in-game notification will give an alert when the patch is available for download.  Lastly, players will need to have the same version of "Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Wildlands" game to play co-op.

Ubisoft development team assures that they will continue to look at the existing issues and address them in the next update of "Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Wildlands. It will be available by the end of March or early April for PS4, Xbox One and PC.
