Rockstar is reminding their valued fans to transfer their "GTA V" characters to the current gen console until today or else risk losing them in the new platform. According to the latest update, fans who fail to migrate characters in the new console will have to start from scratch. Take note that everything else will still be accessible in the Xbox 360 and PS3 console.

Transferring the "GTA V" character on the new console is very easy. According to the GameZone, players need to have the Rockstar Social Club connected to the new platform and an instruction on how to complete the transfer will appear. For those who are hesitant on transferring their characters on the new platform, this is not necessary, unless you plan on playing "GTA Online" on current gen console in the future.

Should fans choose to stay play "GTA V" on the Xbox 360 and PS3, the multiplayer game will still be playable with limited updates. Meanwhile, "GTA Online" is expected to release new content this spring. After the Stunt Race Event was released, its is expected that this will be followed by the "Cunning Stunts: Special Vehicle Circuits." The Special Vehicle Circuits is part of the free Title Update for the month of March.

Rockstar's "GTA V' and its Adversary Modes will also get an update during the spring. The said update will essentially include the "gallows humour take on dodgeball" as part of the Ressurection mode. Rockstar also released a statement that may have something to do with the gun running system saying "Stock up and bunker down as you take on the craziest militias across the state of San Andreas in another massive update for GTA Online.
