An all new entry of "Call of Duty" franchise is set to arrive for loyal fans this year. Dubbed for now as "Call of Duty 2017," Sledgehammer Games is expected to release an official teaser in April. Meanwhile, the Xbox One and PC versions of last year's Infinite Warfare have received the game's first DLC.

A top executive of Sledgehammer Games Glen Schofield recently hinted about an impending official reveal for "Call of Duty 2017." Despite the fact that there is no date attached to it, the first teaser is likely to be released next month. Schofield pointed out that he is constrained not to divulge anything huge about the 2017 COD game.

"Wait until we reveal. You're gonna go nuts. Our best yet dude! Man, I'm so psyched to show it...someday," he wrote on Twitter.

Also, the development of Call of Duty 2017 appears to be progressing smoothly as Express Online reported that the company had posted a job ad on Activision's official website. The post indicates that they are looking for an Associate Animator. The candidate must be able to build an in-game and cinematic animations of excellent quality standards. 

Meanwhile, "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare's" first expansion pack is out now for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. The Sabotage DLC features the next horrifying Zombies installment called Rave in the Redwoods and four multiplayer environments Dominion, which is a reimagined Afghanistan from the Modern Warfare 2.

Noir, a French word for black, is a dark and grimy map that is inspired by a futuristic Brooklyn City at night. Renaissance is set in Northern Italy, pitting players against each other on the tight roads of Venice.  

Neon is a unique battle arena for "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare." It is a virtual training center that is designed specifically for urban warfare. Dominion is a re-imagined Afghan map from Modern Warfare 2.
