If there are no further delays, "KH III" will be fully playable by August 2018 based on the leaker's information. The game was first announced during the E3 event in 2013, according to Prima Games. However, four years after its announcement, significant updates remain elusive for gamers and enthusiasts.

One of the most recent updates from game developer Square Enix is the updated screenshot of the "Kingdom Hearts III." The screenshot showcased one of the game's main character, Sora, fighting a giant enemy boss. Gamers noticed a new weapon in the screenshot.

The weapon is reportedly known as Keyblade and is capable of changing into various objects. Players may be able to utilize the Keyblade as a shield or even as a chariot. However, despite the most recent update, gamers cannot still help but inquire more about the game's development. In reply to most queries, game director Tetsuya Nomura simply gave a vague statement concerning the game in its entirety.

"While I can't make a sweeping statement because the development process is different from what we've done so far, there are still worlds untouched. Production is progressing on unannounced worlds, in a state that we cannot show them off. In terms of the state of development, there is still some way to go," Gematsu quoted "Kingdom Hearts 3" director Nomura saying.
