Although it appears that the icons of PC and Xbox One are present on the description page of Xbox Game Pass, it is only for the purpose of allowing users to redeem it on the web, console, and PC. However, the said Netflix-style game subscriptions are only for Xbox One.

Xbox Game Pass will allow users to access more than hundreds of Xbox 360 and Xbox One titles. Those who want to subscribe should pay $9.99 / £7.99 per month.

According to Polygon, the monthly service will become available this spring and it will allow users to have fun with various games that can be downloaded and played on their consoles. The games include "NBA 2K16," "Lego Batman," "Halo 5: Guardians," "Payday 2," and "SoulCalibur 2."

Every month, there will be new games added to the service, and some will be removed. The website explains that users will have a wide range of choices given the number of games to select from.

Furthermore, games can be downloaded directly to the user's console. Players can also access games offline, without any connectivity or streaming issues. Plus, there will be greater discounts on purchasing a game and all related add-ons. Subscribers of Xbox Live Gold need not to play Xbox Pass games.

Meanwhile, the Head of Xbox Phil Spencer said that the company wants to deliver the most powerful console ever as preparing is underway to release the Project Scorpio soon, GameSpot reported.
