Apple's MacBook Pro 2016 is under the impression of having the best feature in this generation's laptop series. Nevertheless, the company's effort to integrate the latest technology on the model seem to have backfired. According to reports, the new butterfly mechanism on the MacBook Pro 2016's keyboard may not have the qualities that are considered helpful to the consumer.

The second generation butterfly mechanism that used to introduce the latest technology in keyboards aims to optimize stability during travel. It looks like that feature fails to impress users of the MacBook Pro 2016 this time. Some of the setbacks encountered on the keyboards include high pitched selection of keys, non-uniform feel and ultimately, the non-functional keys.

In a video featured on the MacRumors website, a test on the MacBook Pro 2016 keyboard proves, the keys have different sounds especially when pressing the Capslock key. A much rather high pitch is recorded compared to the rest of the keys. Alternatively, the issue is non apparent unless the MacBook 2016 is warm.

"Within a few hours of using my Late 2016 MacBook Pro 15" with Touch Bar, I noticed some of my keys made a very high pitched click on-key-up (when I lifted my finger from the pressed down key). The affected keys: Caps Lock, left Option, and very occasionally: Delete, 'H', and 'C'."

While the MacBook Pro 2016 keyboard seem to carry the irritating sound, it doesn't entirely affect the performance of the laptop. Other issues include miss clicks, the entry of double letters or a totally non performing keys.

Most of the MacBook Pro 2016 keyboard issues were recorded on the 15-inch version, but there are reports that the issues are also existent on selected 13-inch MacBook pro 2016. Are you convinced that Apple will be able to address the issue on the MacBook Pro 2016 model? Let us know your thoughts by leaving a comment here on the Telegiz.
