Paradox Associate and Lead Producer Niklas Lundström shared that "Cities: Skylines" for Xbox One and Windows 10 "feels very natural and smooth." He aslo narrated how it was to convert the game, which was originally released for PC, for consoles.

"First you need to take the gameplay and adapt it from the traditional mouse-and-keyboard setup to a controller, and after that you also need to adapt the user interface to reflect this new mode of input," he shared, according to True Achievements.

Based on the newly-released trailer and as explained by Lundström, players are being directed to several objects and options when scrolling the game's menu. Radial menus and button prompts have likewise been designed and incorporated, especially for the Xbox One version of "Cities: Skylines."

In the meantime, Warpzoned reported that Paradox already confirmed that the game will be part of the Game Developers Conference. This means that it will be among the titles that will be played at the gathering.

The tech site further disclosed that there would be four features that players can expect from the upcoming title from Paradox.

The first one is the "Build the City of Your Dreams," wherein one can plan road networks, bus lines and parks. The second one is the "Multi-Tiered and Challenging Simulation," which gives gamers the chance to become the local chief executive of the town. Third is the "Extensive Local Traffic Simulation," which, of course, tests the gamers' expertise in managing traffic. The last one is the "Districts and Policies," wherein "Cities: Skylines" players will have the power to become "more than just another city hall official!"
