This was a release date proclaimed during the press conference of Sony's Paris Games Week. The game should come out revealing a new trailer and announcing a new character.

Yoshinori Ono, the game's producer, was very happy on stage to declare that the classic character Dhalsim will join a roster of characters in the new game, such as Ryu, Ken, M Bison, Chun-Li, Zangief, Vega, Cammy, Birdie, Nash, Karin, Laura and R Mika.

The new "Street Fighter 5" is expected to arrive in North America, Europe and Japan by February, as reported by Christian Post. European and North American gamers are expected to get their copies of the game on Feb. 16, while the Japanese market will have the fifth installment of the game on Feb. 18, just two days later, as posted in the publication.

The publication also assumed that Southeast Asian avid fans of the game are now eager with its upcoming release, alongside North America and Europe.

The price of the game's standard physical version is around SG$74.90, while the digital version is tagged at SG$71.90, as per IGN. The "Street Fighter 5 Asian" original theme with its game download versions are expected to cost around $71.90.

The "Street Fighter 5" game will come with a special package "Special Shoryuken Edition" aside from the physical standard edition. It includes limited product codes, along with Asian command listings for 16 characters. The original steel book designed for the European release will also be produced in small quantities, which only a few Asian gamers can avail, unfortunately.

Meanwhile, a large patch was recently released for "Street Fighter V" beta client. A part of the recent patch note update was to provide more alternate costumes to players, which includes Necalli's tribal armor, Karin's new dress, Chun-li's police uniform, numerous alpha costumes, Cammy's militaristic look and Laura's revealing outfit.

The new "Street Fighter 5" is set to be played through Windows PC and PlayStation 4.
