The Apple iPhone 7 and Samsung Galaxy S7 are currently the best smartphones on the market while the Google Pixel is now building a name for itself. The Samsung Galaxy S6 comes with a 3,000 mAh lithium-ion battery which supplies 22 hours of call time and 62 hours of playing music. It reportedly lasts a whole day with regular usage. It gets fully charged for 75 minutes and comes with wireless charging support, which both the iPhone 7 and Google Pixel do not have.

The Apple iPhone 7, on the other hand, comes with a non-removable 1,960 mAh lithium-ion battery which is one of the weakest on the market. It supplies 14 hours of talk time and 40 hours of music play. According to reports, the iPhone 7 often drains at night. Based on Phone Arena's custom test, it lasted 7.5 hours after two hours and 20 minutes of charging.

Meanwhile, the Google Pixel only had to be charged for 20 minutes to reach 100 percent of battery life. It features a 2,770 mAh lithium-ion battery which is similar to the iPhone 7 in terms of endurance. Google claims that the Pixel can supply around 13 hours of video play and 26 hours of call time, but the GSMArena test results showed lower scores with only 11.5 hours of video play and about 22 hours of call time.

When pitted against each other in terms of battery performance, the Galaxy S7 withstood the longest with 5 hours and 21 minutes. The iPhone 7 was totally drained after 3 hours and 44 minutes while the Pixel lasted only 4 hours and 47 minutes.
